Work with Me, People

I notice an appalling lack of response to the question ending my last post. Seen anybody lately you wished you could discipline? Yes, you have.

There is only one possible explanation for your trembling stoicism: you are all deathly afraid of the "one finger points, three more point back" myth your mummies taught you.

Mere babes! Do you still believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and Social Security, too?

Allow me to enlighten you. Please review the photo below.

Observe how a sophisticated positioning of the wrist and knuckles easily redirects all accusatory phalangal lines away from the pointer.

Using this technique also enables the pointer to lay blame on several subjects simultaneously. This is called the "one finger points, three more point, one thumb points" principle.

Look carefully at the below image to see this principle at work:

Learning how to properly avoid blaming yourself for consequences that could be attributed to other entities is one of the core skills of the human developmental process.

Unless of course, you hold you hand straight in front of you and keep your non-pointing fingers perfectly alligned...then three really are pointing back at you. the thumb doesn't count. yet not everyone has perfect form and posture...
