Dilemma

[Scene opens in kitchen of small apartment in New Jersey. Warm sunlight pours through open window. Woman in late twenties stands at the sink washing dishes, humming softly. Man's voice calls from other room.]

Reid: "Honey, did you already pay the electric bill?"

Joy: "Yeah, the stub is on the refriger--"

[Camera zooms in to Joy's back. Footage converts seamlessly to CGI as camera moves through abdominal cavity, past healthy organs, pauses on normally-beating heart. Suddenly, heart begins racing as sound of heart valves slamming open and shut grows increasingly louder. Camera moves again to follow rapid flow of blood to brain, where abnormal level of electrical activity appears like violent fireworks. With continuing sound of blood pounding through vessels, camera zooms out again to kitchen scene. Joy grabs the edge of the sink, white-knuckled. Driving heartbeat sound pauses... one beat, then pause... one beat more... Fade to black as woman falls backward.]
